Custom Orders: Processing times will be provided individually.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the following:

The shipping box
The packaging materials
The damaged product
If your package is damaged during transit, we will send you a replacement with a similar product as soon as possible at no additional cost. If the same product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
