Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be returned in original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made artwork

• Personalized products

• Made-to-order items

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural gemstones, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

• The damaged product

• The packaging

• The shipping box
