Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, custom or handmade orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed, we will refund 80% of the total purchase price. The remaining 20% will be retained as a non-refundable restocking and processing fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning an item.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please contact us to discuss available options.
